This city pays a person to Abuse the Elderly,which is a felony.
This person runs the front desk at the Senior center,she rules over the Elderly,yells at them,publicly shames them,creates rules in her head to enforce,with no written,or posted rules,to back them.
As most of the Elderly in town, won't go there,due to the abusive nature of the desk person,who takes care of all the services offered there.Its called Emotional Abuse of the elderly,which is a felony,and a4 year prison sentence.The city is as guilty as her,due to letting it go on.please call adult protective service and report,any abuse from her if you are Elderly,current,or in the past.

Your volunteer "COP" ( Citizen on Patrol) HAYES need to stop giving semi trucks parking tickets behind Rite-Aid. I park back there for my breaks & my lunch breaks because of Domino's Pizza (yes they know me because i always get the Chicken Alfredo pasta) along with other drivers because of that Indian Punjab restaurant and the walking distance HELP stores ( Auto-zone, Rite-Aid & the tire shop) .... the reason why it's clean back there because of the my Volunteer work! On my breaks I'll pull out garbage bags and I got a litter pickup tool and I'll physically pick up the trash and bag it and put it in the 95 gallon Toter trash can that was back there! It was me picking up trash along the wall!!!! If your volunteer HAYES wants to improve the community have him pick up litter! If HAYES wants a impact on the community have him go go secure a school. It's not like this is a Residential area (family homes, Hotels ect) then give the tickets all day but he doesn't give that abandoned ugly RV by Shells a ticket. As a 33 year old Army veteran that served in Iraq 2008 and someone that up holds himself that people tell me I don't look like a trucker. I'm not going to stop here any more because of Volunteer HAYES!!! The employees at Department of Public workers i meet a guy, very cool guy. Domino's Pizza, Auto-Zone and the females employees at Rite-Aid were very very cool and friendly which keep me shopping here but do to HAYES actions I'm not do business here anymore. It's his 2nd time for me to lose trust here. Right when I thought there was a desent city that placed 2 Toter trash cans for the trucking community to utilize and we did HAYES messed that up. Thanks HAYES you proved me wrong there are douchebags in the world and its YOU!!! Want my advice old man? RETIRE! You FAILED to keep the community Needles a welcomed community for all.

Excellent Customer Service. Greeted Upon Entry. Plenty of Parking. If You Reside In Needles this is where you pay for Utilities. Personal Shout Out to Mr Bernie Hatts. He is Very Professional and Proficient. Knowledgeable and Awesome.

With all the money coming through this town it's amazing that they can hold a monopoly on utilities, charge 3 times the amount (give or take) and completely show disregard for maintenance within the city limits. I'll be glad when I can move out of this place, back to a states/city that dont screw you coming and going!!!!!!
