Mr. V and Citadel are amazing. The people are friendly, training is intense, and the atmosphere is supportive. The variety of skills taught are a great value and makes you a well rounded fighter. A great place for fellow patriots and a veteran owned business. I’m so glad I found this dojo.

Would give this place and their trainers 10 stars if I could. We have been going for a little under 6 months and My sons skills, strength and confidence has sky rocketed. Mr. V truley loves his student and Takes his classes way above and beyond physical training and self defense. He takes the time to speak to his students about life lessons and shows them the importance of respect, discipline and hard work. We are so greatful to have him!

This is a great place for new comers as well as advanced learners. Instructors are extremely knowledgeable and make all feel welcome. My teenage son and daughter both enjoy attending classes while learning necessary self-defense skills. I highly recommend!

I’ve been training at citadel for about 4 months now and I love it there so much! Mr. V (the instructor) is such a good teacher and I couldn’t say enough good things. The curriculum and schedule there gives you the opportunity to test for higher belts quickly (if that’s what you’re looking for) but also the self defense techniques they teach here are so practical and efficient. Mr V and the students here have quickly become my family and everyone is so welcoming. It is a great place to train and everyone should check it out!

If you want real life training that will give you tools to help protect yourself, and the people you love, this is the place you need to be. I started training with Mr. V (the owner of the school) not being in shape, never having taken a martial art before, and, I am terrible of learning physical movements. I am constantly amazed at the progress I continue to make!
The instructors here are great, the program here is great, and being apart of American Krav Maga Federation is being apart of an encouraging community.
This school has a class once a week just for women, they have a street clothes week every three months (to train in what you normally wear and have on you) and tons of other fun extra classes and seminars.
I cannot say enough great things about this school. Really, worth checking out! Also! If you are curious and just want to come and check it out, there is a two week free trial! Just come and hang out, no pressure, you will not regret it!

Citadel is an awesome place to train. From beginner to advanced, kids to adults, Mr. V and his instructors are excellent. The amount of knowledge and insight shared is beyond anything I expected. Not only will you learn how to defend yourself and the people you love. You will also learn about the warrior mindset. I know it can be a little intense walking into an unfamiliar place with people you have never met, but Citadel makes you feel welcomed right away. See you there. Let's work.

My teenager has been training here for almost a year and has not only learned a lot, but also increased his confidence, physicality, and his self-defense IQ learning some real world applicable skills. As a father, I was very intentional about choosing a self-defense form that would actually be useful and challenge my teenager both mentally and physically. I appreciate the Head Instructor for all he is doing. I would highly recommend this training center.
