Jason Miller was great with my daughter for her evaluation however my low review is for the office. I made several requests for a copy of her evaluation as it is required by her therapists office for continued service and they seem to use some type of answering service that couldn’t not give me answers and was defensive when I had additional questions. I received one initial link right after the evaluation which expired, and have since then been unable to get a copy of her report for several weeks.

I would highly recommend that if you will be paying out of pocket to seek out someone else, particularly given the lackluster treatment I felt I received.

First, the office is unorganized and messages often were not read. Multiple times I was sent the same forms and tests because it was not organized and seen earlier.

After getting a second opinion from another psychologist, I found that many of the assessments and criteria that Dr.Miller uses seems to be quite outdated and indicated that he wasn’t keeping up with the current versions of psychological assessment. In addition, Dr. Miller recommended using Benadryl as a common sleep aid. When speaking to the other psychologist I visited and a general physician they said that was awful advice as Benadryl has terrible effects on people when used long term, including anxiety, dependence, and increased memory problems.
