Amy & karen both of which are supervisors, Very disappointed with the supervisors that work here not only was I threatened by a supervisor that she would notify the court that I don’t seem to be caring about my sons well-being just because they refuse to give me an answer pertaining to why I was denied medical records with a valid court order at the time Her response simply was we collaborated with Mother who said they were going to be new court orders so they Refuse me access to my child information, simply because mom’s statement which have no legal bearing to deny a current active order i have all 3 calls with these lady's recorded
And yes, I told the supervisor Amy that my son has nothing to do with me asking their facility as to why they denied a VALID COURT ORDER an she said she was offended as someone who works with autistic children I would ignore the child in need. These supervisors need to be fired.
This place needs to be reevaluated fire a lot hire better
So I’ll ask my question once more Why did your legal team deny at the time of current active orders access to my son’s medical records ?

As a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children, I have depended on the services of CVRC for over a year and a half. I have found them to be professional, responsive, and very helpful. They provide a wide variety of services very efficiently. Those I have done business with are good at their job, willing to explain the process, and sensitive to the needs of the parents/caretaker.

Many Thanks, CVRC!

They need to get rid of CVRC they do not care for the clients when they go against family members best interest my brother is a client of cvrc he is schizophrenic
I've been recently been having problems with case workers
they keep going along with my brother when I know he's talking behind my back even though they understand he's schizophrenic
he hasn't been taking his meds I have recently made power of attorney and his case workers undermine me and disrespect that
my brother's been living in Ivanhoe being used by my grandmother and the household he pays her $500 rent and takes his food stamps witch that wasn't part of the rental agreement just for the whole household to eat up all his food so he has to use his debit card to buy food I pointed this out to his case worker and ignored it and making me a Target for pointing this out I have called the office and all they gave me is their secretary and voicemails they won't talk to me and they're making me the problem when all I've been doing is helping my brother the company is rude and disrespectful and unprofessional they are very dismissive my brother did not have mental health problems until cvrc came into the picture my brother told me he's not schizophrenic but they made take meds anyways don't need to be a genius to know if you're not schizophrenic and you're taking schizophrenic meds it's going to make you schizophrenic and his grandmother hasn't been helping too Teresa Rivas talking bad about me to my brother my brother is easily influenced and they take advantage of that so how can I help my brother if the case workers and my family are ganging up on me treating me like a criminal acting like I'm taking his stuff or his money when I have a job and make my own money that is very offensive and disrespectful I hope this can be resolved but I hardly doubt it from cvrc another thing to add Teresa Rivas is a manipulator she kicked my brother out just to spite me he called me at work saying he needed somewhere to go mind you I make my own money I have my own room I enjoy my privacy but I help my brother and tell him he can move in with me and share a room but they don't see that he went back to her house knowing that he schizophrenic told him if he wants to come back to her house she wants his debit card food stamps and rent so what was the whole point of kicking him out the answer to that is personal gain in control

CVRC in Visalia has been a huge support to our family for nearly 40 years. They were the first agency we reached out to when our son was born. Over the years they have been advocates, and have provided services that have enhanced his life. Our experience with CVRC has been very positive and we are appreciative, as a family, for the counselors and supervisors that we have met along the way.

A worker Rosa told me my son can’t be in diapers forever. I know my son’s disability rights and have also been advocating for him and since he got diagnosed with autism. For this lady to say this when I am actively potty training him is insane. She should be reprimanded. She also told me he doesn’t need a stroller because he can walk ?. Also did not help with a AAC speech device.
