Caique Jiujitsu is my first BJJ program and so far I have had a great experience. The instructors I have worked mostly with are Dale and Damien and they have been absolutely amazing and patient with my learning of new techniques.This sport is way out of my comfort zone but the Caique BJJ team work well with easing people in, of all backgrounds, and always make sure us students are safe.

They offer classes all week, for different levels at different times of the day, which really helps with people working long workdays. They are also very family oriented and one of the few places in town that will allow you to bring your children who can sit in the lobby during class; that was a huge factor for me when trying to find a place to train.

I'm very grateful for Professor Thomaz and his team. I'm looking forward to continuing to work on my skills and enhancing my BJJ techniques.

I've been to a few schools and Caique's is by far the best. The classes aren't overcrowded and the instruction is top tier. The range of class times is also perfect for us as my wife and kids go mid-day (yes, Caique jiu jitsu is a homeschool vendor!) with classes in the evening that allow for all of us to train. The staff is consistently positive, patient, and encouraging.

My daughter (7) and I (>40) both started a year ago as our first experiences with jiu jitsu. We have both really enjoyed it and try to go as much as we possibly can. Caique Jiu Jitsu is the perfect place to not only learn Jiu Jitsu but also self defense that applies in real world situations. They offer the most amount of classes all year round and a large locker room w showers. Instructors Thomaz and Pedro are top notch. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to learn

My daughter and I have been members of Caique JJ Academy since 2017 - so this review is well overdue. Master Caique is a highly-respected, 8th degree coral belt under Rickson Gracie. He has passed on a wealth of knowledge onto his sons Pedro and Thomaz, as well as many other black belts who regularly teach and train here. At Caique's, you will learn classical, self-defense jiu-jitsu, get in great shape (physically and mentally), meet people from all walks of life, and attend so often it will start to feel like a second home. Whether you are a newbie, with some martial arts experience, or already an advanced BJJ practitioner, this place will greet you at whatever level. My daughter attends the Teens class these days, where she continues to learn to how to deal with challenges/adversity and build her self-confidence. Bottom line - I recommend anyone interested in training to give this place a try!

The instructors at Caique Bjj are top-notch. They are so knowledgeable and constantly try to improve their curriculum and meet the needs of the students no matter what your level or experience is. The self defense aspect of BJJ continues to be a core offering in all the lessons.
