I was given no help that couldn’t have been accomplished with a call to 211. My rep drove in an overly aggressive manner, and suggested that I use opiates. Whatever they’re charging the county is far too much for the actual good they accomplish. Shame on Sonoma county for contracting with them.

Buckalew is embezzling funds meant for the poor and homeless. Their skimming of the top like a mob run Casino. Every Program in Santa Rosa is likely to be stealing from the poor. They can try to silence what we stand for never give in never give up.

Buckelew is, unequivocally, a slum lord. They get an F- on following through with basic upkeep and general maintenance. The stress and anxiety that they have caused by not doing the "right thing" is beyond comprehension. They turn a blind eye to doctors notes for " reasonable accommodation" and or ESA letters from certified clinicians. Buckelew, as an agency who claims to help people with mental illness, actually makes a person's mental health go from being "stabilized" to becoming "unstableized" in just a matter of months. Speaking from first hand experience. Shame on Buckelew.

I learned about Buckelew from a friend who really valued the services provided. I have benefited greatly from being a recipient of this service. From one on one counseling to employment services, and peer run groups, it has been a huge part of my recovery from behavioral health and addiction issues. The staff are top notch.

I can't rate your service because I have zero experience with it. But I'm here writing a review because I take great comfort is knowing you are there! And knowing where there is with a phone number. Thank you. And... I find it really odd no one else has posted a review.
