When I first wrote a review for this company, I gave them a one star, and I realize that I gave them a 1 star out of me being upset that my emails weren't being responded to in a timely matter.

This company has been so much better at responding to emails and getting back to me quicker to get me a parking pass.

I just want to give a shout out to Blake for being super responsive and getting me parking passes quickly. This company services over 50 communities and sometimes the service can be wonky over by where I live..

They do the parking patrol the neighborhood for us. They’re very unhelpful and they don’t do their job. Despite sending in parking permit requests, they still ticket your car because “their internet is down”. It’s not really fair to give tickets out when the residents of the community is doing everything they can on their end, and it’s the internet at BSE that is messing up. I’ve tried calling their offices, they are very unhelpful and don’t provide any solutions. Update: they’re still unhelpful! They have been better about responding and proving safelist numbers. However I still received a ticket by “Dave BSE” glued onto my windshield even though my valid parking permit was prominently displayed where they asked me to. Very frustrating!

Everyone of the positive reviews are from employees told to leave reviews. This company is full of lies. They have forged paperwork, lied about how many guards they charge for. And the whole time the owner brags about being a veteran and his pro military cause, but he will use and abuse you the first chance he gets! Very questionable character. So many other companies to use out there.

I photographed an event last night at the San Diego Wine & Culinary Center. Marlon Blue provided security. He was not only personable, but he also dressed well. He was friendly to all the guests, very attentive in case anyone needed anything. Great job Marlon!

Is not real security company you going to loose your time if you try to work with them.
No respectful no response any time if you call supervisor she said I am in meeting and I will call later but is not.
The office is the same thing no response or will say call you back but is no body will call you
