Granted the services you want for your child are great and they give wonderful opportunities...if you can get in. I tried taking apart of brotherhood crusade twice and I just couldn't put my finger on it but it wasn't welcoming . I stopped pursing because I come to find out that a lot of the staff was rude, and not welcoming at all. They definently show favoritism, and can be sarcastic. The lady in from even though she's said " I've been here for this amount of years, seems as if she doesn't know what she's doing. I've had multiple problems with trying to get into brotherhood crusade and their problem solving skills arnt that great. I've barely been in customer service and I have better skills of handling problems than what their staff put out. No one smiles and hands it off as it's just your problem. There's only two staff who I've found to be very helpful and their wonderful women. It's really disheartening.
