Dr. Greenfield has been fantastic. He’s been working with my daughter (and our family) for 1.5 years. He is kind and empathetic. He tries to understand our daughter and her issues to figure out the best plan for her. We fully appreciate Dr. Greenfield and all the time he has spent with us.

Dr. Greenfield is very professional and knowledgeable. He has really helped to find solutions for my daughters mental health. He takes the time to listen and make honest recommendations. I feel very grateful to have found him. He is helping to make sure she gets off highly addictive medicines but, works hard to come up with sustainable plans.

Hi. I just want to say that Dr. Greenfield is a great doctor, he truly cares about all of his patients. Dr. Greenfield saved my life he helped me when I most needed help. He is the best psychiatrist I've ever had.

Support staff is less than helpful nor professional - twice we have received very late notice cancellations.

Update: 10/18/22
3rd late notice appointment canceled by Dr Greenfield - he’s out of town now for two weeks supposedly (my child turns 18 on the 1st appointment available) - no care to reschedule us prior to leaving and now without RX until other medical staff approves or Dr returns. Our appointment was scheduled months prior. Not feeling valued as a patient.

My Dr.is on maternity leave. I called Friday and was booked for the following Sunday. I truly appreciated the fact there were appointments on the weekends.
I had a Telehealth appointment. Immediately,I felt compassion. He listened to my systems and I honestly felt supported. He was truly empathetic towards what I am currently going through. He is fair and I felt reassured after my appointment. In addition, he is professional and understanding. I love Lifestance. I have never had any problems with them.

10/10 would recommend if having a mental crisis (intake process is long but thorough).

My doctor is great, GOAT for sure. Honestly never had a better psychiatrist - listens to concerns well, beyond competent in field, presents info in a clear way & is not boring, all around pleasant.

Brandon Greenfield has been extremely helpful. I was previously misdiagnosed. He accurately diagnosed me & properly adjusted my medications. I am now on the road to recovery, thank goodness!!
