I would like to bring to your attention some concerns I have about the current state of the SCV Boys and Girls Club. From my observations, the primary focus of the organization seems to have shifted away from the children’s well-being, which should be the top priority. Instead, it appears that the organization is more concerned with public perception rather than the actual needs of the kids

Additionally, I have observed a lack of professionalism among some members of the administration. It is concerning that family members of staff members, especially those who are employed by the organization, seem to be given preferential treatment, which can create a perception of unfairness and bias.
