Good place, clean, good vibe, environment, variety of people of all ages. Safe and all equipment one needs to successfully be healthy. waters are 50 cents and that’s helpful when you forget your water. Three bathrooms. Two TV’s. Spacious and overall a great place to stay in shape. Also of course very affordable. Machines are always working. Cooling system is great!

My grandchildren are doing Karate
classes here with Sensei
Mike Tobin. What a great activity for the kids. It teaches self discipline and respect, and to be accountable, of course the self defense and martial art. Best move I made all summer!

Great equipment they have 2 rings lots of Lots of boxing and training footwork any kind that you want to develop great atmosphere The fees are very reasonable The fees are very reasonable I recommend this gym to anyone from the youngest to the oldest

Old school gym with an amazing amount of free weights and quiet atmosphere. Staff is very helpful, the place is kept clean and having 24 hr access is awesome. Some machines need some updating with maintenance, but it's still 5stars in my book!

I have been treated with the utmost respect and courteous behavior from the owner. The price can't be beat and I feel comfortable there. Locally owned...by the way, they have the best Karate instructor in Mendocino county, Mike Tobin

This gym is unique as it has space in the back for a Karate Dojo. The gym is 24 hours and the staff is attentive. I give them 5 stars for their amazing customer service, service to the community, and their attention to detail.

Full gym, along with karate and self-defense classes. The owner is very experienced and the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. I took a women's self-defense class there recently, which was chock full of valuable information and practice time. I've also worked out there in the past (mostly cardio). If you're in Willits and want to work out, this is your place!
