I offered to volunteer (again) and was ghosted TWICE by support staff. Instead of an apology I was scolded for "not using the correct email" to follow up (even though I did). The voicemail I received did not contain an apology and in fact blamed me. I've since become a CASA. A much more professional organization in my opinion.

The CEO of this organization literally compared it to the Titanic sinking when I spoke with her and that they were "rearranging the deck chairs".
