Sangita hosted one of, if not the best, learning sessions I’ve had. I don’t mean only specific to DEI concepts but any learning session I’ve attended in my career. I was pushed to consider my place and contribution to an unequal society in a safe space where vulnerability was encouraged. Every person I spoke with who attended was inspired and moved by the experience. 2.5 hours flew by. We have incorporated many of the learnings into our own team’s interactions as well as into the trainings we offer. We are looking forward to continuous partnership.
