I absolutely adore this studio! I have never committed to any kind of exercise until I found this studio. The owners and instructors are just amazing people that inspire me to push myself every class. It is completely judgment free and working at your own level is encouraged. The workouts are fun and enjoyable and I’ve never enjoyed exercising until now. Highly recommended!

Took my first barre3 class this morning and absolutely loved it! Catie was my instructor and she was so welcoming and really helped make the class easy to follow/understand. Got a killer workout in too! I’ll for sure be back.

I have been coming to barre3 for the past six years, and it’s completely changed fitness for me. The classes consist of cardio, strength training and are ballet inspired - but definitely no need to have any dance experience - and are as challenging as you want them to be. The owners and instructors are all amazing, welcoming and just sweet, lovely people.

Barre 3 Laguna Niguel is my happy place! After almost 10 years and 1600+ classes later, I love it more than the first day I tried it!! Before trying Barre 3 I never enjoyed working out, but now I can't stop. It's a workout that makes you feel amazing from head to toe. The instructors and staff are so helpful and kind and they always inspire me to do my best during each class. I'm so grateful for this amazing Barre 3 community and for Jessica and Nicki opening it almost 10 years ago.

I am so glad I have kept returning to Barre3 in LN. Not only is it 5 minutes away with from my house but offers perfect class time options, the instructors are always so kind and nonjudgemental. All shapes and sizes are truly welcomed at Barre3. I took the strength class and it was awesome! Low impact but tons of muscle work still being implemented. I’ll keep coming back!
