All of a sudden during tax season nobody wants to answer the phone. I was calling to ask when I'll be getting my W2 forms. All their phones are shut down.

If I was able to put 0 stars I would. They have low paying jobs, not worth the time to apply here . TO TOP IT OFF THEY TELL ME TO PICK UP MY CHECK AND DONT EVEN HAVE IT AND I HAVE TO GO OUT MY OWN WAY TO BE ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF MY CHECK. THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK ARE NO HELP AT ALL.

Don't waste your time the lady's there don't even pick up the phone all they do is gossip and not even attend to there responsibility. Just Sad they should all be fired.

This company refuses to give their employees their W-2s. I’ve heard from multiple employees that are frustrated and called the company more than 10 times trying to get into contact with someone who will help but they keep hanging up on them. If you do manage to get your W-2s from them they will claim you worked way less than you actually did and the IRS will have no record of that W-2 in their system.

No one sees Donna unless you work at the actual agency. Lorane and the two other guys that work there are down to earth. But the other lady's kinda act like it's a bother to talk. They have no respect for people. Their "recruiters" talk shhh about people that were on the phone. And god forbid if you get injured at a job site. You should document everything because their insurance has no interest in getting you the proper rehab. You are better off taking them to court. Trust me I was their. And they have dirty jobs. I think their are fake accounts giving 5 stars.

This place is one of the worst agencys Ive worked with I’be called for the last 3-4weeks everyday and still no job assignments. Many times I call and they will just let the phone ring. They really need to get more on task about comepleting there duties in the office.
