Banyan Palm Springs was exactly what I needed. Marc, my case manager, was super supportive, and my one-on-one sessions with Bob really helped me work through things I hadn’t dealt with before. Beth, who led the DBT group, made a huge difference too—her approach gave me tools I use every day now. The whole experience, along with the beautiful setting, made my recovery feel possible. I’d recommend Banyan to anyone looking to make a real change.

The entire staff at the outpatient facility is Great.

Marc the case manager: Is amazing! Probably the best case manager in Palm Springs period. Genuinely cares for the clients, also is a great leader in recovery himself with almost 35 years of experience in addiction. He could drive me up the wall but everytime he did he seemed to be correct and I was in the wrong, or over thinking it, or not ful of gratitude.

Bob and Denise: are the full time Therapist there. I love both of them. They both have different styles that you connect with to help get you through your problems at the time. Love them both

Part time Therapist at the outpatient is Bill and Beth. Both are Fabulous! Beth focuses on DBT therapy, Bill focuses on different types of recovery groups. Both did a lot to help me grow. Love them both!

Jesse: does the outings every other Tuesday. Former Banyan Alumni is great to connect with he understands the clients and also what they are going through. Treats us all with love and respect. Personally I think Jesse should be in charge of all of the BHT’s. Once I am back at work I will do everything I can to get him on my staff ASAP!

Teddi- Alumni coordinator. Fantastic person also Banyan Alimni. Comes with a ton of respect and passion for what he does and cares about each and every client. Never judges a person by his cover. Again I will be recruiting Jesse to come and work for me!

Rock to recovery ran by Joe- All I can say is he as absolutely RAD!!!!!!!! You will understand this when you make the smart move to go to Banyan.

The BHT manage the clients 24/7 who work there full time: Debbie, Emily, CeeCee, and Monique are absolutely fantastic! Care about the clients hold down the rules but do it with integrity and respect! The four of them want me to stay sober no o ly for myself but I want to do it for the four of them as well!!

I only had two BHT staff members who worked there part time one was Alyssa every Tuesday night. I don’t and would never trust her as far as I could throw her. She definitely could improve her customer service skills to say the least. The other was Shirley who only worked one night. Let’s say the night she worked was a complete wreck. Instead of defusing the situation she made it worse trying to argue with clients instead of getting the cops called in to protect the entire group (meaning all staff members and clients) It seemed she was more worried about her own motives not the clients.

I run an honest program and again these are just my thought and beliefs. I would totally do Banyan

Teddy Klut, the Banyan Palm Springs alumni coordinator truly goes above and beyond to help people. He gives a safe place for people to come to with not just treatment related issues, but every area of life in between. To find someone (especially in this day and age) that cares, yet has so much wisdom, is truly a blessing to anyone he meets. I have my life back thanks to him and Banyan!

This Php was amazing I had the greatest experience getting a feel for what life on life’s terms would be like, aquired more tools from Marc and Denise to further my spiritual fitness and manage my mental health to deal with my addiction and alcoholism. Very great experience and would recommend this to anyone after a residential program !

My experience at this program was life changing. The housing location has beautiful amenities, including a jacuzzi and pool. But where the facility really shined was with their amazing staff at day treatment. The view on recovery that's shared at Banyan has given me a new sense purpose and shined a light on who I'm meant to be. I want to say a specific 'Thank You!' to my therapist, Victor, my case manager, Claud, to the man who over sees it all, Sammy, and finally to the two men who were by far the most influential in my recovery, who guided me day to day, Shep and Andrew!
If you are considering a treatment center, I recommend this facility, what worked for me.

Banyan was a game changer in my path to recovery. My entire experience from beginning to end was more than exceptional. I reached out to Teddy, the alumni coordinator, who contacted intake and arranged for them to call me and begin the process. Intake processed me within 24 hours and had a place reserved for me with ease. The staff was extremely welcoming upon my arrival and made sure I had everything I would need to begin and maintain a successful recovery. Banyan's facilities at PHP were comfortable, clean and most importantly, safe. I had the comfort of knowing I could focus all of my attention on my recovery without the worry of every day life. PHP has an amazing staff team. Each staff member went above and beyond to answer any of my questions and make sure that all of my needs were met and that any concerns I had were heard and addressed. Case management set me up with an after care program to ensure that I could continue my recovery outside of Banyan's walls. I received so many useful tools during my stay and I can't even begin to express how thankful I am to have had this life changing experience. Addiction can be extremely hard, discouraging, and scary to face on your own. Banyan's program not only educates you but offers the feeling of facing it with support and comfort. I would recommend anyone struggling with addiction of any substance to reach out and see all that Banyan has to offer. It could SAVE YOUR LIFE like it did mine!!!

Shout out to all the STAFF!! You guys are amazing at what you do and I feel confidant in my newfound recovery knowing I learned from the best and gained a new family!!!

Banyan saved my life, I was completely broken when I came into Banyan, and I thought there was no way I would be fixed. They never fail to put me on my feet again. I like the Outpatient especially. We go on many cool trips, and hike to beautiful places. My favorite worker here is definitely Shep, he does so much around the place, its crazy, He takes us to the gym, on trips, runs us to get meds and much much more, I recommend this place to anyone struggling with addiction.
