Their hours are the worst. Most people are working during their open hours, 10 to 4, people who need to cash their check are unable to. It's not even open on Saturdays, which would help a little. I get that they reduce their hours because that way they don't want to provide benefits to their employees, which is horrible, but that also interferes with their customers. If this doesnt change I may need to change banks.

Worst bank in town! Manager is a lazy sloth. I have never been in line here less than 1 hour. They finally opened a second window when line made it out the door.

Terrible customer service. I went in today, not busy at all; no line. 11/04/22 @ 3pm
Went in to ask for checks and a young man with dark hair did not want to help me.
He kept repeating to me to call the number on my bank card and order it there.
When I kept asking him ok, but can I not get them here? He repeated” just call the number”. I told him I needed them by today and he said for the third time!
“just call the number” so rude. Felt disrespected

Never felt the need to ever review on a place so negatively until today.
Never coming here again.

Bank of America appears to be financially strapped. First off the teller with bright, red dyed hair was extremely rude to begin with and inquired why I couldn’t just take their check to my own bank to cash. She then stated she needed her managers approval to cash a check. I have been cashing the same check there for years but this time the manager refused to do it because of a N in my name that was written as an M. Marcy, the manager refused to contact their customer that wrote the check and stated it had to be re-issued even though I have cash the same check dozens of times. And she also lied and stated she was not able to pull up that history as they do not keep those kind of records. My wife has been banking at B of A for 30 years and given all the poor service lately, this was the last straw. She will be closing her account. Bank of America can thank the rude redhead teller her and Marcy the manager for this.

Great atms when they do work! In the past year I've had either bad luck or just wrong place wrong time resulting in atm just shutting down or glitching out kinda weird now that I think back on it.

Worst waiting line for any bank I've encountered. I would avoid this bank at all cost! If I didnt have to pay my rent I wouldn't never come here. Hands down the worst service. I came from Chase no line in and out 5 minutes.

This is the worse bank of America ever the service is very bad they closed 30 minutes before the time. But the women tallers are very nice the problem are the management.
