Shelly took me even though it was late in the day--> 4:45PM, then she followed me through the process to open an account.
I planned to open the account for a temporary purpose but decided to use this account as my primary account after talking with Shelly.
Her experts and services really earned my credit that this branch will be my bank to go to.

I had an urgent wire transaction for earnest money deposit on a house that needed to do on a Friday afternoon. I tried to figure out on my web portal but couldn't do it and I was afraid I make a mistake, so I went to this BoA branch for the first time and without an appointment. Usually not a good combination, but to my pleasant surprise, the agent at the front realized the urgency of my situation and got a banker Shelly to help me. Shelly Zhu just got done with an appointment and before her next appointment showed up, she was able to get this done for me. She was very detailed and attentive in addressing my concerns. At the same time, she got me a better deal on an unlimited rewards credit card 🙂 So, I'm really happy with her service and with this BoA branch.
