I have been part of a mom’s group with Anu for a few months and have learned so much in a short time. Anu is very knowledgeable about Ayurvedic lifestyle and has taught us simple ways to incorporate small habits into our daily routines. Learnt about the concept of Ojas in this session. I liked the head massage and breathing part, and discovering many ways of Ayurvedic self care.

The wisdom and presence in facilitating this for moms is worth mentioning. An example shared by a parent of how listening to her kid during a difficult conversation to see where he is at and empathize even though it may not be very logical to us parents was a good perspective sharing.
