Our family had an Airbnb on the Lake. We called the sporting good store to inquire about the boating options on the Lake and a very rude sarcastic employee named PATRICK answered the phone and proceeded to tell me how ridiculous I was to think there were options to rent a boat. He wanted me to know that if I wasn’t an owner then would I be calling and asking such ridiculous questions. He had Very poor customer service . It’s People like Patrick is whats wrong in the world today . Common courtesy goes a long way mr. Patrick you should try it some time.

Perfect little sporting goods store. They have everything and anything you need for outdoor recreation activities and the staff is very knowledgeable about the lake and the fish in it. They don't try to sell you which is great and the knowledge between the staff is pretty amazing. They can set you up in 10 min. I love this place! I Bought a setup and with their advice, the next day I caught 7 bass hooked up on 8 in 3 hours. Amazing people and an Amazing store!

They could’t give me a copy of my license because they had no paper.. I come back a few days later just to wait over 20 minutes for them to try to print out a new one… pretty bad customer service and was told “sorry for the inconvenience “ after waiting over an hour in total to get my license… be cautious buying your license here. Walmart is much easier and faster…

Rent your stuff here in Arrowhead. Fishing poles, day pass for hiking, or ferry tours. You can also use mountain transit to come up from San Bernardino to avoid high gas costs. Usually takes about the same time since it's pretty direct (10-12 stops). Arrow train in Redlands will stop at the transfer point. Great summer daycation idea.

Nice selection of sporting goods customer service is a little rude I was debating on what kayak I was going to buy when the sales person asked everyone to leave the store he had to take his break so saved me a few dollars
