My grandpa ( Domingo Hernandez) work there when he was 21 years old in 1971 he began his career in caregiving . My grandfather was an only child and his mom died when he was 5.and he wanted to leave a legacy and he did with his patients I would get excited to hear his story’s from work . And he would say Oh Ms Cecilia at it again she would cry when my grandpa would have to go home . I remember him taking us and having us interact with the clients in wheelchairs that were disabled how he would take them out to the movies or shopping he always tell us how bad sum people got mistreated and he would vouch for his clients needs or problems when it came to being mistreated by the caretakers .he said he watch one client grow up their .and how their family’s mistreated or just left them their never visiting . He said I am here for a good time not a long time but I wanna leave my legacy as a person who cared cause he too was alone in this new beginning of this life . He felt their pain and saw them as a person . Who just need help from someone who cares . Cause of him I am a caregiver working in mental health/disabilities.

This company is not fair in managing employees. They did not give my husband another chance to go back to work after he fall asleep in night shift. I wish they just moved him to day shift cause he’s not used to working at night. He tried but his body didn’t cooperate. In contrary, they never fired those caregivers who are abusive so i find it to be so unfair. Right now I’m having post partum depression because of him losing his job .
I’m on maternity leave and not receiving salary too. I can’t sleep and getting depressed.

I'm pretty sure there's bedbugs in this facility and nothing is being done about it. One of the employees lives next door to me and it seems like for the past year I've been dealing with a bed bug problem in my own apartment. This is a serious issue that really should be addressed
