My husband and I see Bethany Blue at Arizona Center for Marriage and Family Therapy, and we highly recommend her. The way she is able to help couples work through conflict; is able to help us understand why each of us react the way we do to certain things; Bethany is very understanding and compassionate and real. I love that she always tried to find resources (books, meditation, articles, games, etc) to help us (the couple) take what we are learning and talking about in therapy and apply it to our day-to-day lives. It’s also great that she teaches concrete strategies such as Gottman’s Horsemen. Bethany has helped mine and my husband’s relationship in so many ways, I can’t recommend her enough!!!

So lucky I found them! 10/10 Bet was an outstanding therapist. She was flexible with my schedule, professional and still able to build the connection I needed to be vulnerable. After graduating from therapy with Bet, I continue to utilize the coping skills and guidance she provided me on a daily basis. I’ve found myself more self-aware and able to self-regulate my emotions. I highly recommend Bethany Blue! She is a fantastic therapist for any individual and/or couple. She is very knowledgeable, passionate, caring, and a fantastic listener and mediator. She is very knowledgeable and up-to-date on a lot of psychiatric concepts in addition to therapeutic concepts. She teaches concrete strategies (like Gottman’s Horsemen, building positive interactions, self time-out) that you learn and apply in your daily life to solve problems. Having been through many therapists over the years, I can say that it feels like Bethany has been a one-in-a-million therapist.

Women: beware of Dr Everett Bailey. His advice was completely from a man's perspective with no consideration nor sympathy for women.
