When my old (2013) laptop was completely unable to hold a charge and would literally take 10+ minutes just to turn on and get everything loaded up, their IT Specialist, Blake, switched out my HDD for an SSD and replaced my battery which changed my laptop's performance for a really good price. Now, it boots up immediately, I no longer have to wait a billion years for ONE program to open, page to load, etc., and I no longer have to keep it plugged in (it holds the charge). I highly recommend. Super helpful, friendly workers and quick turnaround time.
