I got an appointment rather smoothly and the time was well managed! Ms. Poonam was very kind and patient in managing and rescheduling an appointment due to an emergency as well. I did an assessment here, and Ms. Poonam very patiently guided me through the test and conducted a very lovely consultation session as well, where she took time to understand my queries and concerns, and let me express them freely. I got Ms. Poonam contact for my son's career counselling during his ongoing 10th std. I got an appointment easily and the time was well managed as per student's convenience for required tests! Ms. Poonam very patiently took the complete background since birth related to his health as well as academic. She guided him through the test. She made us very comfortable in less time and it helped us to share the details easily without any hesitation. Post assessment she conducted a very open report consultation session, where she took time to explain the report to all of us and guided us what can be done further. She was always ready to hear out our queries and concerns, and let us express them freely. The discussion done is surely going to help us further to take the decision and I thank her very much for her support. Without second thought if needed in future I will surely consult her again.
