Incredible personal trainer. I've been working out for 30 years and I've never come across anyone more knowledgeable than Chris. I was only in the area for 3 months, he helped me reach all of my set goals.
The place is a very unique personal training gym. I've seen competitive sports kids age 12 and up all the way to college athletes. Chris is never at a loss for suggesting programs, movements and exercises for each person's needs. Including me a 57 year old with several injuries and a hip surgery under my belt. If you want results reach out to Chris.

Chris does personal training for a wide range of different age groups and really works with each individual person tailoring each workout to the persons needs and goals. Hands down the best in Sonora and I would highly recommend you try him out if you have children in sports and looking to up their game to the next level or just setting personal goals for yourself!
