I absolutely love my experience at Alter. I came in broken and struggling with my addiction and the staff here truly saved my life. Lindsay my therapist pulled me out of my shell and taught me to love myself again and gave me so many coping skills. Ryan my case manager was extremely motivating and always went out of his way to make each and everyone in this house feel comfortable and like family. Shad was there for me since day one he has the biggest heart and shared so much wisdom and compassion with me he talked me into staying when I wanted to leave and cheered me on every day I am so grateful for him. Brandon is also amazing he was there for us all along the way he shows how much he cares for each of us he pours his heart into his clients. Sam & Vanessa are absolute sweethearts they were there for me anytime I needed to talk and gave me hope, strength and laughter through difficult times. All of the staff here are incredible. This place is truly remarkable I have grown so much and am so thankful. Thank you Alter you are the best!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about not only this house in particular, but the company overall as a whole. My life has been saved and changed forever thank you to Alter. Jordan walked me through everything with grace and kindness to make sure I was able to get a space with ease and comfortability. He made the process quick and easy. Every single department from the nurses to care coordinators to Ryan my case manager and Lindsey my therapist truly go above and beyond to make you feel safe, loved, and cared about. I genuinely don’t think it gets better than this. They saved my life and have completely changed my way of thinking. I cannot thank them enough. Residential treatment in Dana Point was absolutely amazing. The program, staff, food and the attention to detail have raised the bar. For these reasons I have continued my treatment with California Rehab Campus at a lower level of care. I would highly recommend to others seeking help.

I was treated with so much respect and was extremely cared for at California Rehab Campus. They are the best in the business of Recovery. It is a first class Recovery center. From the management to the care coordinators at CRC. They care a lot for their patients and go above and beyond to make sure they have the best recovery as possible. I have been to a few different treatment centers over the years and this was by far the most impactful treatment center I’ve ever been to. I can’t say enough about how much the team and their program has helped me and my family on this journey of recovery. They saved my life, and I am forever grateful.

I attended the residential program and believe it has been the best decision I’ve made for my future. Calling a rehab for the first time is daunting and difficult. A real human should pick up on the first call because it is already hard enough to advocate for your own mental health, and CRC follows through with making arrangements easy, taking over with planning right away, and connecting you with a personal contact. I was connected with Jordan, one of the admissions coordinators who followed up with me until the moment I got on my plane. Having someone on your side is critical to getting into treatment, so thank you so much Jordan! They offer a variety of approaches so the patients are exposed to multiple tools and coping skills that work for them. They are extremely accommodating and willing to work with individual patient’s needs. Every staff member was beyond caring and compassionate, most of them with personal experience of what we were going through which helps tremendously in recovery. The house is beautiful and comfortable and meals were really good. They offer both a 12 step and non-12 step approach which I appreciated because I wasn’t huge fan of AA before I got there, but the staff broke down the process and made the 12 steps more approachable. The staff demonstrate its effectiveness by their own sobriety and sharing their own personal experiences. I would highly recommend and I would send my own family and friends into their care.

I highly recommend any person struggling with addiction come to this campus. The staff is very friendly, caring, and can relate to such a person. They go above and beyond to help and inform their clients about any of their needs. They are like our friends and Sonny is extremely attentive to my health needs and makes me laugh on a daily basis. And i love them all, it's very fun to be there!

I had the most amazing time during my recovery stay. From Jack, in admissions to my discharge was incredible. My experience was nothing but positive, the home, and especially the staff. It changed my life! Jack said if I come, I would learn so much about recovery. I’m 89 days sober.

Attending AHG is arguably the best decision I have ever made for myself! Incredible staff; all of them from admissions to the medical team are very competent, caring, and compassionate. The recovery programming is VERY well thought out, effective and helped me rewire 20 years of bad habits/thoughts/actions to be able to continue moving forward positively in life.
Amazing facility, great food, and great experiential outings.
Would refer to anyone 10 of 10 times!
