I’ve been working in the security industry for over eight years and I’ve been with this company for a little over 2 years, and I can honestly say that this is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for.
I’ve always wanted to work for a company where I’m able to grow. I started off a part time security officer and I always applied myself giving my best efforts to provide public safety and great customer service. With the constant training and mentoring given to me my superiors I was able to receive 3 promotions, and I am now a salary employee. The best part is that there is still more room for growth and I plan to keep moving up.

Since my time working with the company I have been promoted 2 times. The owners of the company are beyond generous. Many great leaders and mentors are willing to help you grow, Big Lou is one. This job is one of the best jobs I have ever had . I have worked here for over a year I can personally tell you they pay better then other security jobs I have applied for. I even got employee of the month. I have great hours and understanding supervisors , Davonte Taylor my field supervisor continuously keeps communication active and is always ready to answer and help with any questions I have. As well as all supervisors and scheduling managers. Truly appreciate working here.

Been working with Allied for about a year and 3 months and I can't complain... Superb professionalism and very tactful... Supervisors instill in there crew to do there best... I myself got promoted in 4 months and hope to go even higher... I have a great team and my Field supervisor Big Lou is by far the best!!! Great company with good work environment and pays better than most security companies. There are opportunities for promotion and the company is fast growing, will soon take over the entire California market. On the down side, there is no benefit program.

If I can put one star I would.
1st. If you’re looking for a temporary job.. go for it other than that run the other direction.
They don’t let you call off even if it’s hours before your shift and if you do you get punished for it and they take you off the schedule.
Shelbie the schedule manager is the rudest person you could ever talk to.
The work that they give you isn’t really worth the minimum wage... they’re contracted with Walmart and there’s been a lot of homeless people physically fighting with the guards and the guards got in trouble for it and most terminated.
This company sees you as a number and nothing else and aren’t afraid to show you that.
The reason I worked there for a while was because I needed part time work for the holidays.

Don’t expect to get full time work as well!! You’ll get 3-4 days at best.
