I started studying with the free videos on YouTube then realized I was going to have to buy the crash course so I can pass my test. I dedicated a solid 2 months studying it and I passed my test on the first try! I genuinely feel like I owe it to Atricia, may she rest in peace🙏🏽. Although, I never met her, I feel connected to her in a way. I hope she knows she helped me so much. All the way over here in CO. Thank you Shirley and team for keeping her dream alive. It truly did help me. I wished I would've taken the 20 hr course too.

I contact affinity after watching there youtube video by Artica. I purchased the crash cours for MLO which has all the information, tests and video up to date. Very good instructions and well explained all the topics. Very easy to follow through. Is the best school and helped me pass the test. THANKS

“Mastery Level Course” $260 (20++hrs) NOT reported to NMLS. (When it said no nmls credit, I thought they didn’t want people thinking they were taking the actual nmls test. Surely $260 “Mastery Level Course” gets reported.)

2. When I called I was told I needed the $260 “Mastery Level Course” AND the actual CREDITED class for another $345 in order to pass the exam. So I should pay Affinity $605 when I have youtube and all these other fees to obtain a mlo license? No ma’am

3. NO CUSTOMER SVC. Shirley is just how she sounds- rude and unprofessional. I asked for a refund since I can’t get credit for the $260 “Mastery Level Course” I completed. Instead of Shirley trying to resolve it by offering a credit to a class or anything, she would prefer to text argue. No thanks again ma’am

PS. When it comes to the actual $260 “Mastery Level Course” that took 20++ hrs to complete, there was a lot of info incl modules, powerpoints, flashcards, cheatsheets, practice tests etc but the voices are hard to listen to for teaching & info not clear. Too many mistakes, typos, misspoken words, inconsistent info especially for newbies, coughing, drabness, half updates, etc. I haven’t taken the test yet so idk about that part yet.

I liked EVERYTHING about Affinity's Class! Artricia’s energy was very refreshing and kept my attention through hours of study. She even cracked a couple of jokes throughout the classes! Loved it!! The amount of material I received from her course was unbelievable. As I progressed through her study materials provided I noticed I was challenged more and more, which is what I needed for a challenging Test I was about to take. Her 500 flash cards both printed and audible, 800 key facts and tons of quizzes kept me learning. To me, it’s very important to enjoy what I’m learning while also grasping the concept of the information being taught. The Affinity course was enjoyable and very detailed oriented. I enjoyed it enough that I passed the Test on my first try with 85% with no mortgage experience. I will be using her for my continued education classes and I would recommend anyone to Affinity for any of your Mortgage pre educational classes! Check it out!!

I chose to purchase the Exam Prep Mastery Course. I had taken the 20 Hour class in 2015 and failed the exam twice (not through Affinity). I got the prep course this year (2019). Artricia Woods explains everything! She helps you find ways to remember all the information you are going over. She supplies the tools you need to pass the test. I went through all the material. Made my notes. Studied till I thought my brain would turn to mush. It is up to you to follow through with it. I can not thank her enough!!!

I passed my exam on the first try!!! From beginning of live classes to passing the test it was within one month. I don't like online training! I choose Affinity Real Estate & Mortgage Training after some research on different schools in the area, so happy that I picked you to do my live classes and prep course. Loved Artricia's training classes, she made it fun and easy to learn. I will definitely go back yearly for my CE course.

Taking the pre-licensing course from other course providers didn’t really help prepare for the exam.

Artricia’s program makes a lot more sense, easier to comprehend and she creates so much material to help you study.

This woman has gone above and beyond!

My only regret is that I didn’t take the pre-licensing course from her as well!

If you just watch her YouTube videos (just google NMLS test prep 2020) you’ll see what I mean, ESPECIALLY if you’ve taken the pre-licensing course from other schools and felt it lacking

This test is much harder than the real estate exam so you will need all the help you can get.

I can’t say enough good things about Artricia Woods and Affinity Real Estate School. I took my MLO 20 hour Pre-licensure course with another online school and didn’t learn a thing. I studied on my own and failed the exam, not once, but twice. I came across Artricia’s videos on YouTube and decided I needed to pass the third time and get on with my life. After purchasing her course and going through all the information and tests in the course, I PASSED with a 92 on my third try. I wouldn’t have passed without her. She has a great way of teaching the info in ways to make you understand and retain it! I highly recommend taking this before your first testing attempt. It will save you money in the long run!!!
