We all know Estate planning can be daunting. We feel very fortunate that we connected with Attorney Amy Keiswetter and her ADK Heritage Law office in Santa Paula. She's helped our family with complicated trust work after my father passed away.
At our first meeting (she came to us) she made us feel at ease and comfortable. She was very prepared for our situation. She explained everything in great details, and in terms that were easy to understand. Since then she has worked on simple trusts, real estate trusts and the creation and management of an LLC for us. My husband chose the law firm where we would be updating our trusts. I was encouraged when he informed me ADK was all women. When we pulled up to their office, I was enamoured of the historical nature of their offices. And by the end of our first meeting, I was totally sold. Laurie and Amy make every detail pleasant and easy. I love the casual nature of the operation and Amy's easy going manner. But she understands the ins and outs of family trusts like nobody's business. I have already recommended ADK to three separate people, one of whom lives in West L.A. but she plans to use ADK's services regardless of the drive to Santa Paula.
