I love working out with Tiger. Her exercise routines are tailored to my specific needs and capabilities.
During Covid 19 my exercise routine fell by the wayside. I work out with Tiger in virtual 1:1 training sessions in the comfort and safety of my own home. I am so happy to be working with Tiger! She is an excellent addition to my fitness routine. I feel a noticeable, difference in my strength, flexability, and agility just from a few sessions with Tiger. Her trainings are fun and painless but definitely a good workout! The hour speeds by and feels like only 15 minutes. Tiger puts a lot of thought into which exercises will work best for me and she is extremely knowledgeable about her field of expertise. The added bonus is that she is delightful and sweet. A true professional!

Prior to meeting Tiger I had never worked with a personal trainer, and I was pleased to find her easygoing, personable and professional. Tiger takes her profession seriously and is very well trained in the use of all the equipment she has on hand. Working out with Tiger is never boring. She mixes up exercise modes and shifts easily from the Pilates reformer, to doing floor exercises, using free-weights or a Bosu ball, all of which held my interest while elevating my heart rate. I highly recommend Fitness by Tiger. You'll get a great working with a fun and motivated teacher.

I've never responded well to traditional exercise routines, and there is no place on earth that makes me more uncomfortable than a gym. Tiger has helped me design a fitness routine around activities I genuinely enjoy, like hiking, swimming, and even kayaking! If it weren't for the structure, motivation, and accountability that Tiger provides within a program uniquely tailored to my needs, I simply wouldn't get the exercise I need.

Thank goodness for Fitness by Tiger's virtual personal training. I broke my hip last December, had surgery and spent time in rehab. Finally getting back home, using a walker, I needed physical therapy. PT was great until Covid sent us into stay at home orders, particularly for seniors like me. Wanting and needing additional exercise, virtual sessions with Tiger have me back in shape, walking 2 miles every day. The walker is history. Tiger's positive outlook is contagious and her tailor made exercises have provided strength and stability so I move with confidence! Virtual personal training sessions with Fitness by Tiger are fun, safe, and effective!

Tiger is an awesome personal trainer. I have benefitted from doing personal training with her for several years. I appreciate her positive and personal approach, her energy and the way that she keeps our workouts interesting by varying the routines.

Before COVID, we worked out in person in her studio, then moved outside (with social distancing) which was great until the weather got too warm. We then started doing virtual training via FaceTime and the transition has been seamless. We do many of the same exercises, and she has adapted to the space and equipment that I have at home. The virtual training sessions incorporate cardio, work with weights and stretching and each portion provides benefits to me.

I recommend Tiger very highly - she will help you to be well toned, flexible and healthy. I have a sedentary job as an IT Director and the personal training sessions with Tiger get me moving and stretching and help to offset the time at my computer. I always feel better after a session with Tiger.

Training with Tiger is such a pleasure! I’m a hairstylist so I do a lot of repetitive motions which has caused me a lot of neck and shoulder pain. Every time I would try and do upper body workouts on my own I would always aggravate my shoulder and never wanted to workout because I was always afraid of hurting myself. I knew I needed to strengthen it though. Tiger was there to help me every step of the way with our sessions and really tailors to your needs. She started me off slow so I wouldn’t hurt myself and taught me how to correctly do my workouts. I haven’t hurt my neck and shoulder at all!! It’s been amazing working out now and I’m not afraid anymore!

I needed some serious help during COVID times.
Thank god for Fitness by Tiger! I had tried a few other virtual personal trainers and did not feel like they were able to address my specific needs.
Tiger, on the other hand, totally nailed it in the first session we had. After several sessions now, I can already see changes in my body! I feel stronger and my clothes fit me so much better since working with her. I highly recommend her as a virtual personal trainer!
