The level of unprofessionalism at this place is unmatched. I’m a new patient and they scheduled me for the next day at 9:30am with Patricia Garcia. I received an email reminder of the appointment and everything. I arrived and the doors are closed so I called and someone opened the door and asked who I’m scheduled with and she says Patricia is on her way and to have a seat in the waiting room. Around 9:35 someone walked in and I hear a conversation in the hallway that starts with “Hi Patty”. So I’m waiting because that sounds like the person I have an appointment with. 2 minutes later I received a CALL saying Patricia DIDN’T LOOK AT THE SCHEDULE and was not aware she had an appointment AND WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE. WHAT?!!! I’m sitting right here in the office and just heard someone greet someone named Patty. Yes, they could have been different people. But I’m in your waiting area and if you needed to reschedule the least you can do is apologize to me in person.
No, I will not reschedule. I want nothing to do with anyone who works for this organization.

I'd wished my experience would've been like my past counseling experience years ago, but sadly it wasn't. I feel like I need counseling to recover from the very eary and unsettling experience that I had with Brenda Echols. She's a conspiracy theorist who doesn't steer away from talking about it in her sessions. In fact my last session with her was spent on 30 minutes about her and what she's going to do with her potential "healing clinic." I'm experiencing a huge life change and I needed support, encouragement to manage my life task. The 2 sessions I did have were 90% of her trying to navigate the computer and not being familiar with how to attach and load files. It was rather bothering to just sit there staring at the screen waiting for her to work. Also, she asked me what I thought about some information she emailed me so we could discuss the information. Only to find she never sent it. My third session she proceeded to spend 30 minutes attaching and loading to send me. And 25 minutes on her conspiracy theories. And 5 minutes om a breathing technique. Then she asked me how are session went. I did tell her I felt like it was a waste of time spent navigating a computer. I'm very busy and don't have time as it is. I'm making time to prioritize counseling and my time was just wasted. It's bothersome that I wasted 3 sessions from my heath insurance for nothing more than to be bothered by the entire situation. It was my fault for just taking any counselor without researching them. I will know now for the future. As I'm sure this counseling office has wonderful counselors, but I got the bad luck of the draw.

Be careful with this place. Read the reviews. They take money out of your account a whole year later without any notice. Extremely unethical. Office manager was very unprofessional and yelled at me. They also say and confirm a couple of times they are refunding your card and don’t. Very shady business! I will never use this provider’s office again.

My counselor was truly amazing and saw so much progress in my own life because of my counselor. It’s really unfortunate that the admin/billing/staff is awful and needs to be replaced.

I waites 30 minutes past my appointment time with NO communication. Just waiting for someone to start the telehealth visit. I am so disappointed as I have been looking forward to this. They quickly took my co pay with NO issue…not a way to treat patients who are seeking to get help. This is so discouraging and disappointing.

Unfortunately this office does not meet my requirements of efficiency and communication with patients. The lack of clear and actionable notes taken from the operator that answers phones has ended up with me calling the office asking why my confirmed appointment was cancelled. Had it not been for Miss Rose Redix (my counselor) txtn me I would have not known that the office cancelled my appointment without communicating with me. I loved the one counseling session I had, but unfortunately with an office with so many gaps I have chosen to close my account and look for another office with better service.

Very nice staff. Try to get appointments set up way ahead of time as it fills up fast. I have not had any issues here and the person I bring here loves the counselor.

I was a patient here…and loved my counselor. But as of today I refuse to use their services any longer.

I cannot in good faith continue on with a practice that charges $150 for a letter, especially a letter for that would allow me to utilize what counts as a medical device. I am (now was) a current patient and to have what amounts to a charge to write a prescription is both appalling and absolutely disgusting. That would be the same as telling a person they need a mobility aid but their prescription can’t be written unless they pay a fee just to write it.

This is predatory and it makes me sick that this practice is getting away with making the availability of an emotional support animal basically impossible for individuals with limited incomes or strict budgets. I refuse to be associated with medical theft.

Counselors are great! 5 star Admin Staff needs serious improvements.

1) Sloppy intake. Appointments changed or canceled without proper notice.
2) Miss information shared about adding spouse's phone number to account.
3) Software used is not suitable for couples counseling. No provisions to collect spouses work up and background information. They had to think out of the box as to how to get my spouse the forms. Origional unacceptable answer was to just let spouse use my phone.

Hopefully they will sort this out and get software that meets the needs of staff and patients. ? boo.
