Torsten is an awesome coach!! His wisdom and experience around endurance training is vast. His techniques and equipment 'state of the art'.
He helped me reaching new, and unseen levels (for me) on the bike, and this in my late 40ties.

Torsten is truly amazing and lucky are those who get to be coached by him. He is organized, methodical and truly listens to customize your training to life and schedules. There have been times when I look at a training session and have thought 'no way'. But when I'm done, I wonder 'how did he know I could do that'?. Yes, well, of course he does! The best coach out there! A few years ago when I got into running, I could barely hold a 9 minute pace for more than a mile or two. Fast forward a few years later, I’ve ran 20 miles at 7 minute pace, ran a 70 mile ultramarathon and am now training for a 100 mile race. These were things I never dreamed possible before starting to work with Torsten. Not only do I love working with Torsten due to his detailed/tailored programs, feedback, and constant desire to check in with me on my training, he is extremely knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to answer your questions with immense detail. Throughout my time training with Torsten, I have been able to learn so much about nutrition, hydration, fueling for races and the reasoning behind why Torsten programs certain workouts. He will work with you to ensure that training fits into your schedule and lifestyle to make sure it is sustainable. A great person, very motivating, and will push you to reach your fullest potential. I cannot recommend working with Torsten enough!
