I've known brother Damon for more than 10 years and during that time some would say, he's a stand-up guy, but I would say he's a God fearing brother that leans on the Lord for guidance. For instance, during a conversation we were having, he said to me, brother, I believe the Lord wants me to start a video production business. He said I don't have the resources or the know how to get this done. As some of you know, God provided the resources, the knowledge and the connections to succeed. Damon pays attention to details. We were having a discussion regarding life's issues of overcoming anger and "Every Man's Battle"... propensity towards pornography.

He was transparent and he listened more than he spoke but when he did speak, it was more about the how to's. It was sort of like, this is where I am right now, how do I get to the next stage of healing? Willing to share his story in a heartbeat if he feels it will help somebody else.

As the word says, "iron sharpens iron". If you are dealing with Damon openly and honestly, your iron will be sharpened.
