Unfortunately, not very helpful. She was not able to get my spouse to open up. The sessions didn't seem to have a direction. I feel that I wasted 6-8 weeks of my time and money. Not only was the therapy unsuccessful, but I didn't even gain many insights or take away many tools to help get through the divorce. Not at all what I expected.
