I only went for a water aerobics. I was expecting anaerobic water class. But what I found is that everyone is on their own in the heated pool. One of the male employees came into the pool room and showed me a few exercises, when the exercise was over he left me and put the list down in an area where I could get it later. We never did all of the things that were on the list. I never saw the guy again. No one teaches this class one is on their own. Moreover, there is a monitor inside of the therapy room.

I called and spoke with Cynthia who was so defensive and so rude she hang up on me when I insist on speaking with the owner David. I'm trying to understand the process on follow up authorization and there's a huge disconnect between PT facility, Treating doctor and Patient. David called back after I left him a vm but nothing really has change except him telling me that all PT facilities just don't bother to follow up with patient or treating doctor for the approval of additional treatments. No one will bridge the gap, not even in the name of good customer service. I hope I can find a PT facility that really cares about the wellness of their patient and be updating patient of the status of the authorization for additional treatments.

After receiving therapy for months, I was told that united health would not pay, and my therapy was terminated. Now I can't get therapy and neither united health or east bay physical therapy are helping me. Now
they are pointing fingers at each other ,meanwhile I am not getting the therapy that was prescribed

Awesome service. To reply to the previous review it is up to the patient's doctor to authorize additional PT sessions. Patient has to closely coordinate with her doctor to get PT help. To know how many PT sessions you have left for the year fastest way is get in touch directly with your health insurance carrier.

The worst place I ever been. It didn't seem clean from the beginning but I told myself I can do this but at the end of my visit when I was getting dress I noticed there was blood on my pillow case and it wasn't from me. Felt suvk yo my stomach and mentioned it to the owner and his response was maybe the staff forgot to change the pillow case. I will never go back to this place
