Hanna and her team at Soul Story are incredible. They are very person centered and able to meet you right where you are by providing you the therapeutic support you need. Her trauma informed therapy approach was great at identifying my past traumas and was able to help me recognize my triggers and learn skills to move forward. Lauren at Soul Story therapy has the most welcoming and regaurding presence of anyone I've met. She is warm and friendly and has allowed so much space for me to share and grow as a person. She has gently challenged me towards "ah-ha!" moments in so many small and large ways. I've left sessions with her and pondered over powerful questions she has asked until our next session. She's so incredibly knowledgeable and has given me so much relevant and impactful reading material to take home as well.
