Kara Warren is a very well educated counsellor with many tools, techniques, and strategies at her disposal.
Her approach to counselling provides a great personal touch while maintaining very professional boundaries.
I've attended her practice for many years to address a large variety of mental health concerns using both talk therapy and EMDR, both of which have been very effective.
I highly recommend her practice.

Kara is my councelor, we, my husband and I, stared going for couples counceling. We made a lot of progress and our relationship at the end was amazing. We laughed together again, joked, talked. Kara helped tremendously in making that happen. Kara gave me time with my husband that was indescribable. I owe her more than I can say, for one week before he died we were on top of the world and Kara played a huge role in giving me that last week. Now I see her to cope with my loss and I hope that I can, one day, with her help, have another amazing week. I owe her soooo much.

Instead of providing competent marital counselling, Kara Warren worked to end my marriage. She would privately tell my wife to divorce me, and during our couple’s therapy, would ignore every issue and concern I brought up, and focus only on issues and concerns that my wife brought up.
