I started training with Amarjith during the pandemic lockdown. We did classes over the video. As a person who has trained yoga with someone else before, I find his teaching systematic. He initiates you well, explaining the physical and mental aspects, and the names of the asanas you are practicing. His calm nature also helps with learning at your pace and also for guided meditation.
