I had mixed reviews at first about writing a review, but then I thought about and realized maybe my review will help someone else choose the right type of therapy for themselves. This is just my opinion because everyone has different struggles and I will be forever grateful I reached out and got connected with Kathy. I have noticed drastic changes in my life that has helped me overcome hurdles I have struggled with for a long time.

When you start this, you have to want help or change.

Booking is easy. It suits my schedule.

I'd also like to mention, even before you deep into any sort of questions Kathy had mentioned if she was not someone I connected with , to tell her and they would change me to someone that better suited me. They adapt to your needs.

Just want to give this person the praise they deserve and hope others get the assistance working through things that they need to work through as well.
