Latoya provided my husband and I with three couple therapy sessions in three consecutive weeks. For health reasons and because I am pregnant and will be having our first baby is 2 weeks, my husband and I decided to continue therapy after the baby is born. I have high blood pressure and we did not want to continue therapy at this time. We decided to cancel our upcoming appointment through Jane the platform used to meet the therapist. Latoya then calls my husband privately from her cell phone to his cell phone, and without any scheduled appointment. She calls him 4 hours immediately after we cancel our next appointment. She tells him on the phone that he is being abused by me and advises him that I have a personality disorder called borderline personality. She added as well that we should stay separated and he can receive 50 percent custody over our unborn child. I am shocked at this and I had to write this review to let others know of our experience with Latoya. Thanks.

Latoya was my first therapist and I am amazed at how much she helped me in my 1 year with her. Latoya was particularly insightful when exploring areas such as racial identity, self-compassion, and validating trauma. She provides a safe space to work through difficult topics, as well as challenges you on how your previous thought patterns may not be meeting your current needs. I would highly recommend Latoya to anyone who is new or returning to seeking therapy
