Great place, the staff at the front desk are friendly and very helpful! Thank you Noah, Stephanie and Laura!! Also, much appreciation for (Dr.) Ron! He is a very knowledgeable and friendly person! Dr. Ron made me want to go to counseling and learn in his education classes. I felt like part of a group that was collectively there to learn and ultimately become better individuals. Thank you!

Really hard to get ahold of anybody, they speak really quiet like mice. They are not accommodating to those with hearing loss. Dont show up sick because they’ll say you’ve been drinking!

I've spent at least 40 months of my life going to Anderson & Assoc. That is after 3 separate court cases and over a 14 year time frame. A fact I am not proud of, but it is what it is. Through all that I've had tons of different mishaps, mostly all my fault of course, from payment issues to oh most getting dropped right before completion. Through it all I can honestly say that the staff is wonderful. They made the process as painless as possible everytime.

I loved my counselors, especially Ms. Phyllis. They all have something different to offer. They all have different temperaments. However, in my experience, were all informative and encouraging.

Go to class, be respectful, own your mistakes, and stick to the rules (you know be an adult) you'll have no issues. They have been around the block and are not pushovers. If you make problems you'll get problems, your experience is what you make it.

This place charged my credit card twice. They claimed they didn’t because they only see one charge. Funny because according to my bank account it shows two charges and it shows both being subtracted. When I spoke to Lisa, she hung up. So upsetting. Watch your account!!! Besides charging high fees, they also ridiculously rob you by double charges.
