The Jackson House was such a huge help for my family member. The staff I spoke to at the drop off and pick up were very informative and very supportive of our needs. Just a two week stay made a huge impact on the situation that brought us there. I would recommend the Jackson House to any one who needs any help.

the staff really care about the residents. lots of friendly people and good food too. the beds are comfortable, the showers and bathrooms are cleaned daily, and the laundry room is neat. i stayed for 2 weeks and had medication prescribed to me that helped instantly, they did what my doctors couldn't. i'd recommend staying here to anyone that's struggling mentally

I did not know what to expect when I admitted myself into Jackson House. I was scared, I was unwell, and I didn’t know what type of environment I needed. All I knew is that I needed help, I needed support, and I needed someone to be there with me while I go through this.

Jackson House has changed my life. They’ve stabilized me on my medication’s, They provided support Mentally, And monitored my health and progression while I was there. They did more for me in three days then Working with doctors from home were able to do in two months.
I’m really grateful for the amazing staff. Four the amazing counseling from both Amy and Emily, The good hearted Melissa, The amazing nurses, Maria, Debbie, and the PM nurse in which I am So sorry I forgotHer name. The MHT’s We’re amazing, Eric I’m always gonna be grateful For your kindness, silliness, and professionalism.

I’m now able to do outpatient treatment thanks to them helping me waive the Extra fees, my insurance doesn’t cover.
Thank you For getting the ball rolling on that for me, Martha. I know we didn’t get to know each other very well, but just know how much I appreciate that.

All of the other patients that were there with me have now become like family. A support system that I hope we can keep outside. Love you Jackson House. You saved me

I completed a 21 day in patient program in September/October 2024. The staff were excellent. They provided helpful, personalized therapy, and I left with tools to help me improve the quality of my life. They were great at providing access to resources and programs in aftercare that are a good fit for my need as well. I would highly recommend Jackson House Tulare if you are looking for a top quality in patient mental health program, I am very thankful for the help I got there.

First off, the staff here really make you feel at home, it's a safe environment. I would really like to thank Alyssa, Levi, Virgina, Erik, Randy, Maria, Amy, Martha, Emily, Zoe, and Melissa. They really get to the point with medications and mental health. They help you gather yourself in a mental and health perspective and you get to build bonds with healthcare providers that are willing to be patient with you and listen. They understand what you are going through. I would recommend it for people with mental health or substance abuse problems. I believe this facility and all around is the best treatment facility you can get in the area.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Jackson House. Amy was great to talk to. She is very genuine and caring. Mel was very easy to work with, helpful, and answered any questions I had. Levi was great to talk to and cooked some good food as well. The rest of the staff were very nice and accommodating to any request within reason. I appreciate everyone of them for helping me during my stay.

I could only stay for a week. my "therapist" took my initial information and then called in sick when I had an appointment. the group "leader" came back from vacation and thought walks to the park to feed the ducks was therapy. while he was out I literally colored a Thanksgiving and xmas banner for over 4 hours. the "cook" was an appointed residents and what ever he said goes as to snack and smoke breaks. you are locked in a white walled facility and taking a shower is a nightmare! there is no water pressure. you end up with soap build up. there is a lot more they did to me being type 1 diabetic and refusing snacks in my room. only gel packs where I could hopefully find someone to make me a sandwich. this place is a joke!
