I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone who is struggling to figure out how to manage care for an aging adult. There are so many things that you don't know you should know, and Ian was great at guiding us through the process and towards our goal of the best care for our mom. Even when we were completely overwhelmed (by hospitals, doctors, agencies) we kept moving forward toward our goals because we knew we had to be accountable for our progress on the calls with Ian. That said, Ian always was supportive of where we were on our journey, and knew when to push us to complete a task and when to let us take a breath. His knowledge is vast and he's a kind soul.

When my brother’s cancer advanced rapidly, I met with Ian, and he was an angel on earth. He helped me so much and so quickly. I went from being paralyzed to having clear next steps that made great sense. He assisted me in getting help from my brother’s employer and creating a Durable Power of Attorney document ASAP. When my brother passed less than two weeks later, Ian’s checklist of what to do when someone passes was very helpful. He also found a probate attorney for me. Ian guided me through an extremely difficult time with compassion.
