I LOVE CODE FITNESS!!! I look forward to working out daily. This facility is very clean, smells great & most importantly has amazing positive energy. I typically start my workouts at 5am. I'm pretty much a slug when I get there!!! But I walk in and Shelly is so positive and full of energy! I leave feeling great and with a pep in my step. I love how contagious her positive energy & bright smile is. I start my day right every morning and I couldn't be happier.

Shelly has helped me not only physically but has helped me with my nutrition. My eating has changed from willy nilly eating to a healthier more structured lifestyle and I can't tell you enough how grateful I am. I have lost 2" inches off my waist & 11% overall body fat in 6 weeks!! ? I feel great. I have more energy. My skin looks better!! Winning!!!

Did you know Shelly does holistic healing using a method called the Emotion Code. She has helped me through major depression, she has released serious sugar cravings, corrected muscle imbalances blocking me from achieving my goals. I now wake up with purpose. I am happy. Code fitness is an authentic profound gym... one of a kind I have to say! Positive energy all around. Shelly is a an amazing trainer truly blessed for us to cross path. I started working out 2 years ago at home DVDs. My co worker mentioned to me she was training at this new gym...months later I notice a big shift and got Inspired! So I went, tried it love it and cant see my self with out this place. Shelly has helped me shed off layers emotionally , fat, build muscle, and strengthen my body.Shelly is awesome full of love and light. Once you walk into code fitness you will feel the positive energy become energized, feel great, feel the love and support from everyone that is part of code fitness. Leaving this place you will you most definitely want to come back!! This program shelly has created is to transform not only the outside its also within. Truly grateful... Love code fitness!!!

This place is amazing! I used to do Zumba, Herbalife, countless gyms.... you name it. I just could not find something that I enjoyed doing to exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle. UNTIL I found Code Fitness! Code Fitness is like a home for me, I've learned the CORRECT way to work out my body without hurting it and getting the results I wanted. With our amazing trainer Shelly you will feel good about yourself even if you've never stepped in a gym in you life! She is so supportive and motivating.
