They LOST MY FILE!!! THREE separate times!
I even showed them my prescriptions/refills from their psychiatrist Dr. Rizvi from their office.
This is a regular occurrence in this office & why therapists LEAVE CONSTANTLY! They don’t care about anyone!

My husband had an appointment a week ago that he was supposed to be picked up for by the mental health clinic, they never showed. So when he went to his appointment this morning to refill his medications, his female indian doctor asked him why he hadn't come last week, he told her that they never answered or came to pick him up so it wasn't his fault, she then told him that there are no excuses and he needs to be there ..
He doesn't drive and our car is in the shop so I couldn't take him. They told him they would pick him up .. that's not an excuse.
When he had finished his appointment he was waiting in the waiting room to get picked up by his brother when the male nurse assistant comes up to him telling him he has to take a drug test before leaving which isn't a big deal but it seemed as if he had refused he would have been held there. Once he took the drug test he was told "okay now you can leave". Unacceptable and profiling him as if he was on drugs. He just needs the right resources not discrimination.
We're a struggling family and my husband does everything he can to put me and our daughter first and also juggling his mental health with finding a job.
These mental health clinics needs to help, not discriminate.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband has been trying to get his medicine for a whole month and can never get a clear answer back from them. They never call you back, they just make empty promises. They don’t understand how crucial medications are for people nor do they care they always answer with an attitude. Mental health is as important and as physical health. It’s shame that there’s people who are so under qualified in their position that they don’t understand that basic concept.

This place doesn't seem very professional. They don't answer your questions. And how can a person go to two appointments and still not be given their diagnosis or or any kind of explanation about their condition. No discussion of a treatment plan or anything. They just hand you a prescription for Abilify and send you on your way. Not good.

The best part about this place is the therapy services. Dr. Valentine Avramov is a below amateur psychiatrist who does not listen to client input. Any times I had seen him in over the five years I had been there he made the place absolutely disliked. I could give better input than that mentally broken man. Made the years there miserable. Worst part about that is he's the children psychiatrist.

Extremely unprofessional and seemed to have no idea what they're doing. They cancel patient appointments and then the patient runs out of an extremely important medicationa they don't care. All these people need to be fired and replaced.
