Lakeside Special Care Center is truly a special facility. The workers here have a sincere desire to help their residents. I’ve witnessed them treat the people that live there with great respect. Was able to participate in one of there amazing well put together Halloween festival. The residents appeared to be having a lot of fun. The employee demonstrated enjoyment as well. Looking forward to be apart of another event for the Residents that live there. Caring for a lifetime is their Mission!

I recently had the opportunity to experience the services at Lakeside Special Care Center, and I would love to share my thoughts on the staff and overall quality of care provided. As a parent needing services for my son, I am so grateful to have him be under their care.
From the moment my son was admitted, the staff and nurses were attentive, compassionate and very professional. They made sure to calm our fears and concerns and explained the admission process thoroughly and answered all questions we had. The genuine care they displayed made a difference in how we were feeling at the time of admission. Throughout his stay I can say ALL staff from the administrator Jamie, to Social Services, housekeeping, reception, program directors, etc. have been nothing but approachable, kind and always willing to help with whatever me and my son may need. I truly appreciate their collaborative approach to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan for my son. This facility is "top notch" and my son is so happy there especially because they have a therapy dog, turtle and he is loving the programs they have. I cant thank the staff enough for the amazing work they do!!!

Lakeside has been wonderful so far, the last year I have been here. I feel appreciated and welcome by each department. I am treated with respect and know that my thoughts and feelings are valued. The Activities department always makes sure that the residents have fun and exciting things to do each day, and even get to go on different trips a few times a month! I walk through the cottages, and see that residents are happy and know that they are taken care of. I feel great pride to say that I work for a company like Generations, because I know that all efforts from staff do not go unnoticed and they make us feel appreciated in more ways than one.

My son Is in this facility and he is being taken care of with respect and his need are being meet . Doctors are giving him the care he need . I’m satisfied with his treatment and staff . Speciallly Olivia she is great with all his health structure and accomadiations my son needs . Thank you
