Shamba tribe is the first gym I’ve practiced working out with weights and it has been a great introductory experience. The community and teachers are welcoming and nonjudgmental of people of all abilities and fitness levels. They offer help and modifications in fun yet challenging ways that push but don’t overstep your limits. Jake, Noe and Thomas are all great trainers and their enthusiasm helps me drag myself out of bed in the morning to go work out. I always leave feeling better and more confident in my growth and abilities. Thank you!!!!

6 months ago the owner attempted to set me up with a trainer that I recently was told from his step son is gay- ? I have love for gay people I have for love straight people - but I don’t understand the point of doing this? A group joke on a person ? I’m not sure

also if you drop your weights onto the floor instead of placing them down gently before loading your barbell your membership will be “revoked” (publicly) for being disrespectful.

Nick and Noe are great trainers. I have enjoyed taking both of their classes at the other locations. I’m happy for the people I have met at shamba some of them were extremely nice. Jake has caused me a lot of stress this morning and other mornings. Looking back I don’t think I would have done anything different. not sure if I would recommend

The "Vibe" in the gym is awesome! I am always pushed just the right amount in my workouts and really appreciated the personal instruction from Jake and his trainers. The 5:30 am class is the best by the way!

This place is amazing!! By far the best gym and workout in the Aliso Viejo/Laguna Niguel area. Instructors and owners are awesome. They care about personal progress and community. Shamba Tribe!!!

1 have been coming to Tribefit OC for almost a month now and I love it! Amazing facility, top notch equipment, super clean, great environment and most importantly the Coach (Ed) is super knowledgeable, hands on, always giving feedback during the workout and the right amount of encouragement. Every day it's a new workout/ training so it's never boring and it's just the right place to get in shape. Overall this gym has everything I'm looking for. I will definitely recommend it !!

LOVE TribeFit OC!! I've been to several gyms, taken many classes and I've finally found my Tribe! These workouts are phenomenal and you definitely get a full body workout. I love that I can modify any of the exercises if I need to. The coaches really pay attention to each individual, ensuring that they have correct form and helping them with any modifications if needed. The music is great, the energy is great, the class members are great and everyone is so supportive!! I look forward to continuing my membership for many years to come.
