I absolutely LOVE Burn Boot Camp. I first heard about Burn while living in Utah but when I moved to California the closest location was in Costa Mesa and I couldn’t make that drive everyday. I was bummed because the couple of workouts I had done previously were great and I loved the community and trainers.

Fast forward to April of this year (2024) and come to find out that Burn is coming closer to Laguna Niguel! I signed up so fast—even before going to any of the pop up camps! Cristina and Madison created such a gorgeous location and they have hired such amazing trainers, child-watch, and front desk staff. I feel welcomed, I feel as if everyone who comes is genuinely cheering me on in my personal fitness journey, and I truly feel like the trainers are my friends. Jacquie, Brittney, Brooke, Torra, & Madison (and any future trainers they hire) are the real deal. They will push you to be the best you can be. They will cheer you on, lift you up, and help you reach your goals (and kick your butt!).

I have been to many gyms and fitness centers in the area and I can’t say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp. I wish everyone could take even one camp just to see how inclusive and supportive the atmosphere is. I was worried that I wasn’t fit enough/strong enough/small enough to fit in here but that is not at all the case—every fitness level is welcomed and will experience a great workout.

To top off the amazing community they have CHILD-WATCH! Seriously. For real life. I can go get my 45 min work out in and bring my kids. The staff they have hired take such good care of the kids and my kids enjoy going. It is so nice because they are right there—I can see them and they can see me and I know they’re safe.

If you are looking for a gym—look no further! Come try it out and see for yourself how wonderful this place is!

I've been to about every type of gym and group workout and I've never experienced such a sense of community and individual care from staff. The staff all knows you by name and they are so helpful and understanding. The fact that this gym has complimentary child care really sealed the deal for me. They just GET IT. Love being apart of place that celebrates and encourages people exactly where they are with zero judgment!

I love Burn and my kids never want to leave childwatch! Jacqueline is an incredible trainer and is super encouraging. It feels like you’re all working together and I high five no less than 10 people per class. Burn is a true community. It’s worth every penny and more.

I have had my fair share of gym membership experiences, nothing comes close to Burn Boot Camp and the way they make you feel seen and included with the community. I am a big helicopter parent and the fact that I can see my daughter in the child care area was a huge relief for me as a first time mom. Everyone at Laguna Niguel Burn is absolutely phenomenal if I can give 10 stars I would!

BURN is an AMAZING community! My life was always focused around sports and fitness and after having my two littles, I struggled to find the motivation to stay consistent with working out and also struggled with low back and hip pain. I found BURN and took a chance and haven't looked back. I'm stronger and lifting more than I ever have and I turned 41 this year and my back and hip pain have dramatically decreased as my body has gotten stronger. The owners and head trainer are exceptional and make you feel like FAMILY! Th best part is that my kids get to be apart of my journey and I know they are in the best hands with their INCREDIBLE childcare. Thank you to BURN for bringing back my FIRE for fitness.

I've been to more gyms than I care to mention over the last 30 years. I have trained and competed in multiple capacities as well as trained others. I can clearly state that this gym is beyond what I expected. The workouts are in tense, and beyond challenging, thankfully due to trainers like Jackie. This place is beyond next level. Unlike other Tabata/HIIT style training, the coaches do in fact push you and encourage you. It is one of the best gyms and fitness facilities I've had the chance to try and can attest to the fact that it is clearly something to try out. I know mostly women work out here however as a guy, who has a background like mine, I can state, it is definitely fierce, competitive and will challenge you beyond measure guy or girl. THANK YOU BURN TEAM!!!

I joined Burn back in 2023 and when I found out they were opening up one in Laguna Niguel I was so excited. This community is absolutely unmatched. The workouts are for every fitness level because everyone can come in and get the workout they need!! If you're looking for a gym that is more than just a gym, come to Burn. You will not regret it.

Burn has been the most amazing workout I’ve found! There’s never a dull moment. Each day I walk out thinking “wow!” No matter how busy a camp is, the trainers make it feel like you are getting one on one training. The facility is always very clean and the music is fun. The whole staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I will be a burn member for life!
