I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Renewing Hope.
While the staff were courteous and the center appears helpful, I was kept on hold for over 40 minutes when trying to address my issue. This level of wait time is unacceptable and made the process far more frustrating than it needed to be.
I hope management can address this and implement better systems for customer service in the future. Time is valuable, and long hold times undermine the good work the center may otherwise do.

I have been receiving services through renewing hope for several years. Sara S. is my current Therapist and has helped in so many ways. She has held space for me to share and explore myself in ways I have never been able to before. The customer service at the front office has always been prompt and helpful. Overall I would not go anywhere else to receive services and would highly recommend to anyone. Currently being helped with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, A.R.F.I.D

I am extremely thankful for the amazing care that I have received since I started seeing my therapist Sarah S. once a week through RenewingHope. She has helped me on so many different levels. In so many different ways, a true blessing to me in my life! She has given me tools to work through different situations of all kinds. She has helped me do things and through things that without her I would not have done. Almost weekly we set goals that are reasonable to accomplish. Having sessions through telehealth is perfect for me. My work schedule changes often I would not be able to go if it wasn't for the flexibility of telehealth. I absolutely believe in therapy I wish I would have started sooner. I am so thankful for Renewing Hope and my therapist Sarah! It has changed my life and will continue to. Nothing but a blessing!

Renewing Hope assisted my ex-wife in committing a crime at their facility and is protecting her with policies at the detriment of their minor client, who they claim the policy is to protect. I believe this facility also committed a crime by seeing my son without my consent and failing to do their due diligence in ensuring they had full legal consent to see the child in the first place.

I have been going to Renewing Hope for my mental health needs for almost 2 years through IEHP. Scott Johnson has been my therapist and has been absolutely amazing! I have made leaps and bounds in my progress to coup with loss and grief. I highly recommend Renewing Hope for all your mental health needs. Unfortunately, but fortunately, I have gained new employment and, in doing so, have changed insurance and am no longer able to continue with Renewing Hope. It has been such an empowering and uplifting experience and I have grown emotionally and spiritually. I will be continuing my mental health journey and continuing to learn and apply ways to process grief and loss as the moments come. Scott Johnson is very attentive and professional with a warm and kind demeanor. He listens patiently and responds in a professional but uplifting and comforting manner. I have been extremely blessed to have this time with him in my healing process, and he has given me a safe place to confidently open up, he has been supportive in guiding me through those difficult and deeply painful emotions of losing dear and close loved ones. I am grateful to have had that time with Scott Johnson and it has been very empowering and uplifting, I have discovered my inner strengths and learned to be gentle with myself, Scott Johnson is also wonderful with children's therapy and I highly recommend him for any of your emotional and mental health needs.

I have had several different experiences My initial call was well received. I thought. I had explained I was looking for 2 patient openings in the same day since I would be coming from out of Riverside. They said yes. When I showed up I was transferred to another location, stating they hadn't passed their inspection. They then explained that we could not be seen at the same day (since my daughter is under age) OK so 2 trips a month..
OK I called to change a therapy appointment. My job needs me to work. And a 24 hour notice.
It had been changed prior once by them and once by me. Both times were 24 hour notice. The receptionist told me I wasn't ready and to wait until I was.
And its a 2 hour drive. I think time to find another center.

Was referred here by my sons doctor because they suspected autism. Called and made and appointment, wrote everything down as I was on the phone so there was no miscommunication, then when I show up to the appointment about 2-3 months after scheduling they said there was no appointment ever scheduled and they couldn’t see him. So the receptionist tells me I can either wait and hope someone cancels/doesn’t show or I can go home and I will be the first person she’ll call when she receives a cancellation. So I go home, it’s now 3 months later and have never received a call from them. So unprofessional and a complete waist of time..
