I recently reached out to Priscilla to see if she could help me with some symptoms I have been experiencing (bloating, weight gain, on and off constipation, headaches). I suspected that maybe certain foods I was eating were affecting me and I also wanted to check in on my gut health since my son has been working on some gut issues as well. Priscilla gave great recommendations for me to get both the MRT Food sensitivity test and the GI MAP tests done. Not only did Priscilla notify me as soon as the results were ready, but she was so patient and understanding as she walked me through what the results meant. She gave realistic recommendations of things I could do to change my diet and answered all of my questions. She has been so responsive when I have follow-up questions and has even taken the time to send me recipe inspiration ideas as I continue to make changes to my diet. Priscilla does an amazing job of breaking down complex topics into easy-to-digest chunks of information.

Three weeks in and I have lost 2 pounds, have decreased the amount of headaches I have each week and have more energy in the afternoons! It is obvious that Priscilla has a passion for nutrition and helping others, which allows her to take a realistic approach in explaining all of the ins and outs of nutrition and how it impacts our health.
